Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

• Valid on all purchases from Jan 1^st 2024
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• It applies only to products purchased directly from Headline Audio authorized resellers in the UK & Ireland.
• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered

• The warranty covers defects that affect the performance, functionality, or usability of the product.
• If a defect covered by this warranty arises, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge.

3. What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications not authorized by Headline Audio.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or improper maintenance.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• To make a claim, please contact Headline Audio or service@headlineaudio.com
• Claims must be made within the warranty period; claimants must supply proof of purchase.
• We require the product to be returned to us for inspection before we can process your claim.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
• This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
